Returns and refund policy

If an item is faulty or damaged, return the item to us and we will refund or exchange the item at full cost on its return to us.

You have the right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of personalised goods e.g.  goods made to your own specification e.g. Commissions, unless these are faulty). Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of face masks unless they are faulty.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to notify us in writing. If the item has already been dispatched you must return this item to us, in the same condition as you have received it, at your own cost.  Any postage charges paid for the dispatch of your item cannot be refunded.

Once an item is returned to us in its original condition, we will refund the cost (minus postage costs) within 30 days. Any items returned to us should be securely packaged and we would recommend you use recorded delivery. We do not accept any liability for returned orders that are lost in the mail and cannot offer a refund
