Right to Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. You must inform us by email at nessa@miniprintvintage.com or via our website contact form with 14 days of receiving the item. The only exception is for bespoke, commissioned items made to your specifications (unless damaged), where returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of the seller.

A refund will be made on receipt of the goods. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

The buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
